It has come to our attention that some people have been redirected to “doxo” when paying bills online. Doxo is not affiliated with The Retina Institute. From our research, Doxo is posing as doctors offices and other businesses so that people will use their services.

If you are redirected to Doxo do not make a payment through them. If you see something that looks suspicious, call our office and we can help direct you.

When making a payment through our website, it should have “my PatientVisit” at the top of the screen. We apologize for this confusion and we want to make sure our patients are able to make secure payments without compromising their information.
